Hello friends and fans,
We are Imari Tones — aka “that Christian metal band from Japan.”
This August and September, we are coming back to the USA for another tour.
It’s a huge challenge for an independent band like us, especially in these uncertain and unpredictable times, but we felt we had to do it.
And this time, we are bringing our young drummer Kenshin to America for the very first time.
The plan is honestly kind of crazy.
We’ll start from Erie, PA and Ohio, drive through the Midwest, head all the way to Salt Lake City, UT, and finally make our way to Portland, OR and the Pacific Northwest.
That means thousands of miles on the road, and we still need a lot of help to make this tour happen.
The main reason for this trip is to join FireFest NW in Stevenson WA during Labor Day weekend (September 4–6).
We played this festival before, and we were deeply moved by the love, passion, and faith of the people there. We truly believe this festival is something special, and we want to do our part to support the Christian music scene in the Pacific Northwest.
If you live anywhere near the area, we encourage you to come experience FireFest NW with us. It could become one of those once-in-a-lifetime memories we’ll share together.
Right now, Imari Tones is at our strongest point ever as a live band.
With the incredibly talented 20-year-old drummer Kenshin, this lineup has become something very special.
This tour may be the best opportunity yet to witness the legend of Christian rock from Japan.
At the moment, we are still looking for help with shows, lodging, and connections in these areas:
• Chicago area (Aug 25–26)
• Des Moines, Iowa
• Nebraska / Wyoming / Idaho (along the driving route)
• Salt Lake City, Utah (Aug 29–30)
• Portland, Oregon
• Seattle, Washington
If you can help us with a show, a place to stay, local connections, or even just come hang out with us on the road, please send us a message.
Right now only three shows are officially confirmed, and we hope to add many more dates along the way.
We are a completely independent band, and tours like this are only possible because of people like you.
If you’d like to support this journey, you can:

Thank you for believing in us.
Let’s make this crazy adventure happen together.
