“Love Wars” is the 3rd single from our upcoming album “Coming Back Alive”.
It’s a straightforward, yet somewhat lighthearted Christian metal song.
(Yes, we ended up using that AI generated artwork for this song😉)
Sung in “Japanenglish” which is unique to Imari Tones, the song lyrics could be a little hard to understand. But they are singing about believing in love rather than power, following Jesus even though that makes the whole world against you.
Probably one of the simplest songs on the album, it has this “rocking hard and having fun” attitude, that takes you back to Imari Tones’ early style.
As a Japanese band that loves “peace and harmony”, it feels funny for us to sing a song titled “war”, but there are constant spiritual battles in this world. It’s all about love. Please remember we are against any war that is cruel to humanity.
